The Advantage
Greene County Career Center students are eligible for significant cost savings when it comes to attending college through the college Tech Prep initiative. Virtually all of our programs have links to Clark State and Sinclair Community Colleges and are eligible for scholarships in the $3,000 range.  A number of GCCC programs also have agreements through the college system to offer free college credit while still in high school. Additionally, students have the opportunity to earn industry certifications that are accepted across the nation.

College and Careers
Data over the last 10 years indicates that approximately 60 percent of GCCC graduates go on to some kind of post-secondary education. This could be a two- or four-year university or college, a career college, accredited apprenticeship program or another industry-based training program.
